Zyia offers Activewear for everyone! Keep in mind that some items sell out more quickly than others. If you see something you like, don’t wait! Also, sizing can vary on many items so be sure to read the recommendations under each listing. Some will tell you to stay True to Size (TTS) while others will tell you to either size up or size down. This is mainly due to the material used for each product. For example, some leggings have more elastic for added compression while others have more stretch. The most compressive leggings are the Light n Tights which we highly recommend for high impact work outs. The high waist slims and holds everything in place while the compression aides in muscle recovery.
