Shipping Information

All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless upgraded to Priority or Overnight. Each order will have tracking information available through the USPS official site. Please allow 3-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. We are a handmade company so processing time varies depending on demand.

First Class — $5 flat rate
Priority — $10 flat rate
Overnight – $20 flat rate

We reserve the right to upgrade our pricing to reflect changes in postage at any time and without notice.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Customer Service is a number one priority for Love Designs. Please contact us with any concerns or issues with your order via email at lovedesignsboutique@yahoo.com. We will do our best to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase and will supply our return shipping address should there be a need to return or exchange an item.

Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order and any exchange or refund within the first 30 days of purchase. Any orders over this period of time will not be refunded or exchanged. Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded. All sales are final.
